Try this, take and unplug the drive from the computer and do a reboot of the computer. Then once your computer is back up, try plugging in the drive again and that should take care of it. If it does not, Go to the Start Menu, then Control Panel, then System. Click on the Hardware Tab and then click on the Device manager button. In the right side of the screen you should see a little yellow icon on the drive in question. Right click on the device and select uninstall. Then reboot your again and plug in the drive.
