Pc not recognizing dvd+-rw
I've called Dell and they sent out a replacement. However, this one is not being recognized either. They're saying that it is the image but I have 3 other PC with the exact same hardware/software and the other 3 are not having any issues.

If this device connect with an IDE cable (wide, thin cable) then there's a possibility you may need to set the jumper on the back of the device to either Master or Cable Select.
Otherwise you may need to go into the computers BIOS and configure it to see that device.
