Ok Alan, lets rewind the tape a little, peavey session 500 has an amp module same as 400BH module implemented in the old XR600B Mixer-Amp, so this is Quasi Complementary power amplifier and all output devices are the same part number, and if i remember correctly should be SJ6357 because newer ones have the 40473800/40483800, let me know if i'm correct with those numbers, specially the first ones and please send pictures to analize for you.Ok Alan, lets rewind the tape a little, peavey session 500 has an amp module same as 400BH module implemented in the old XR600B Mixer-Amp, so this is Quasi Complementary power amplifier and all output devices are the same part number, and if i remember correctly should be SJ6357 because newer ones have the 40473800/40483800, let me know if i'm correct with those numbers, specially the first ones and please send pictures to analize for you.

Hi,
Usually this is due to a cold solder joint in the low voltage supply of +15V -15V, does it make starnge noises or hum? Let me know further.
