Pentex optio camera
My camera is only 9 months old i was using it one day and the battery died, i charged up the battery and put it back in the camera when i turned back on the camera the lens came out the camera beeped and then switched off again, came you help!

Hi, Same problem. Somebody had suggested gentle tapping. With nothing to loose if it doesnt work my wife banged it more than gently onto a desk and it started working. Hurrah! Dont blame us if it breaks.
