Periodically I get a black box that shows up on my screen. I can still see the program running through the black box, however it's not as bright as the rest of screen

Hi,
This is Close Caption feature that is turned on in your tv and causing semi transparent black box over main picture.
Please turn Off CC function in tv menu, make sure all kind of CC have been turned Off.
