Phantom DCP501 problems
I recently received the Phantom DCP501. I do not have a Comcast subscription, but somehow both my HDTV's are picking up cable directly from the coax patch in the walls. They are also picking up HD digital channels as well. Now, I was told the Phantom was going to display "All pay, premium and On Demand Channels right out of the box". So I am figuring since my tv's are receiving digital channels, then the Phantom should definitely send the good channels through.. Well its not and I had tried a channel scan and now according to the website, i have to call the cable company to have them send a hit to it. Is this right?? Is there anyway around this???
