Phantom Voicemail Recording
I have a user who took over an extension and voicemail box. When that call is 4-digit dialed from within our network, you occassionally get the vm recording of the previous person. Any suggestions?

Most voice mail systems have 3 levels of greeting, No Answer, Busy and Night. Did your new user change all 3?
