Phaser 8560n printing greenish instead of cyan

From what I've found on the internet they say to purge the print heads. How do i do that?

Just shut it down for about 15 minutes and turn it back on. Every long warm up the machine will **** out the old ink and refull. Some of those odd sounds is a compressor emptying the print head.
You may not get the true blue you want. That is a shortfall on that machine, I have battled getting a greenish blue tint on that product.
Have not received a good answer from engineering. Frustraiting.
