Hi There. The heat pump is in ac mode and after about three minutes the unit stays running but the outdoor fan stops and then I can see ice forming on the two copper pipes under the fan. It is over 100 degrees outside and humidity is very low here in PHX AZ. I had the defrost control board changed once before by a pro. could this be the same problem? Both problems began after a monsoon storm
