"Phone" ALWAYS off

cant send any SMS or call cuz the phone status says it's off..
flight mode is off and when i try to ON the phone in the comm manager, it still doesnt work..
it still says the PHONE is off..

Jsut turn on the phone then go right up cornor where the signal show just touch it with yur pen it will show u the phone is on flight mode just turn it off this option not yur phone will work
