Phone dead Hi, My phones battery was low, and then when it totally went off, it never came back on again. What might be the problem and how do I fix it? I live in a city in NZ that has no experience with the phone , and I can only ask for online assistance. Is it the battery? should I buy a new battery? or is the phone gone?

Sometimes, when the battery is completely depleted, the usb or auto charger will not charge the battery back up. Be sure to use the Wall Charger that came with the phone. Give it some time to recover, as this usually works. If not, then you might need to replace your battery.
