Phone does not swicth on
My HTC ll is not responding I have tried to remove the battery and install it again, It started after I have put the MTN sim card, my normal sim card is vodacom. it resseted the configuration and when I put my vodacom sim card it gave a black screen written smart mobility does not go any further

Have you tried to do a Hard Reset? If not, that might help.
Keep in mind, this will erase any personal information you have copied to your phone and will make it like new from the factory (other than fingerprints and scratches of course). You will need to enter all your personal information again. It will also wipe all pictures, music, videos, etc that you have on the phone.
If you still want to do this, then hold down the two 'Soft Keys' while inserting your stylus in the reset hole at the bottom of the phone. You should be prompted to hit the 'Send' key to restore or 'End' key to cancel. Go ahead and hit the 'Send' key. Wait for the phone to reboot, and you should be running again. If not, you may be looking at a hardware problem that will require it to be sent in for repairs.
The two 'Soft Keys are the two buttons just below your screen, I believe they normally say "Calendar" and "Contacts".
