Phone is displaying DHCP:discovery boot ver 02.01.00.04. Mitel phone was working perfectly until router changed to BT Hub. What can I do to resolve it?
Use Mitel phone as a teleworker. Switched to BT infinity and hub 3 this morning. Everything else is working except IP phone. BT engineer has connected IP phone via ethernet to port. Have tried connecting phone directly to router and not via hub and get the same problem. Do I need to get my mitel support to halp me reconfigure the phone or do I need to get BT to unblock a port? Or something else entirely?
