I can not view Photo & play movie song - it did not suport - reply comes-i was transferring photos from pen drive to Transcent To-sonic 840 MP3 - some worm has come and this trouble started- I used solo anivirus and cleaned it. now i can play loaded songs and radio. kindly help me how to set the photo view and movie songs-my email address is

I'm using T sonic 840. But till now I didn't face any issues like this.
My T sonic was affected by New Folder.exe virus.
What I did is I just connected my T sonic to Linux Ubuntu( It is an Operating System like Windows)
In Ubuntu Virus cannot work. And you can easily delete the viruses/worms
Be sure that you changed the video format as .mtv
I think you don't know about video converter.
A software CD will be given to you while purchasing the T sonic
You put the CD and download the Video Converter.
Now Convert the videos to .mtv format through the video converter.
Now you can view videos.
No need to go to Service Centers...
