One of them scooter thingys ,i do think i would i would need a good look here to be honest ,have had some sucess with a helper who works the manual release and i attack the seat with a big screwdriver ,but this is brutish to say the least and it does work sometimes if the catch is just short of a good lube up with the oil can but sometimes they get bent where the locking bar is and the only alternative is to a good wrench and break it all off ,best advice here is go to the main agant and get them to have a look ,it may be cheaper than breakinmg anything
