Picture won't come in clear until TV "warms up" for 15 minutes or more
Help!!! Our TV picture doesn't come in clearly until the TV has "warmed up" or been on for at least 15 minutes or more. It has lines that seem to almost "roll" on the screen or it seems like a really shaky picture and the sound doesn't come in right until the TV is warmed up. What could be the cause of this and how can we fix it? It is driving us crazy. We should be able to turn the TV and the satellite on and have a clear picture right away. Thanks for any assistance.

Change the capacitors first per the instructions in the link below. Symptoms could be anything from high-pitched hum to no picture at all. On these defective models, I would start at the caps and work back. It won't hurt to replace them anyway.
