Pilot flame burns above pilot tube in propane heater. the sensor does not register. the pilot top of the tube shoul glow red. I have cleaned the tube, in few occasions it has lit and worked for above 10 to 15 minutes then the flame starts burning on top of the pilot tube. Mr heater 30.000 btu. (new unit) had the first replaced

Hi it there a leak on the pilot causing it to burn that high can you adjust the pilot gas going in to the pilot ?
have you cleaned the pilot injector out or is the hole in the injector too big
