Pilot goes out after heating cycle
Rinnai model # REH-30DT-P, propane.
I can get the pilot lit, set the heat level, and the burner will ignite heat up and reach the heating level set. When the burner shuts down the pilot will diminish and go out, if I try to relight the pilot it will diminish and go out, after holding it down to allow the sensor to heat up, when I turn the dial to a setting. I have to wait until the heater cools off to light the pilot and have it remain on again, then once the burner cycles it does the diminish and go out thing again.

Check regulator on the unit.
Check pilot unit on the heater
use soapy water to check for leaks if see bubbles turn off main gas supply valve.
always turn off gas supply before any checks or repairs are made
when all else failes call your local gas provider to check heater and gas supply
