Pilot goes out when fryer reaches set temp. and shuts-off
I can turn it down or off before it reaches set temp. and the pilot will stay on. but if i let it reach the temp. set and it shuts-off itself the pilot goes out and naturally the fryer will not relight when the oil temp. falls below the setting on the thermostate.

Try to change the thermal battery the device that the pilot heats.. other wise there is a screw at the botton of the automatic valve.. try to increase the pilot so it can heat more the thermal battery! u dont have enough voltage to activate the solenoid valve so thats why ur pilot goes off
