Pilot light keeps cutting off
I have a Williams wall LPG gas heater that is about 8 years old and the it keeps cutting off.
The pilot light will not stay on unless I try and adjust the copper tubbing from the gas valve (sensor that detects gas). If I move this tube around the pilot will stay on and heater will work fine for about two days or it may work for seveal hours then cut off. I then have to adjust the tubing to get it to work.
I have taken the tube out of the valve and made sure it is good and clean.
I have tried to find this part (tubing, thermocouple) but no luck.
Seems like there is nothing wrong with the copper tubing.
Could there be water or air pockets in the gas line coming into the house?
Where can I find this part? The part number is PIL3291
Thanks
