Hello Btandpt let me tell you that the possible reasons for the problem you are currently facing are..
If you can get in, clean out the jet with a pin. Likelihood is the flame is only a fraction of what it should be, and isn't keeping the little safety valve open. call service engineer.
dirty pilot symptom yellow flame (lower temperature soot on thermocouple)
worn thermocouple symptom blueflame will not hold
faulty gas valve symptom as above more expensive to fix
faulty case seal goes out on windy day
vitiation lack of air, sooting, (boiler needs servicing gas boilers shoudn't ever soot).
lose t\c connection on gas valve
some boilers have a over heat swich in the t\c cuircut it may have tripped. why? maybe the pump or the thermostat etc etc as you say that thermocouple is new it does not mean that a new one is always Ok.. please do check it again.

It is the piece with a silver cable coming out of it and that cable splits open into a red and white wire at the gas valve, That piece holds the valve open once it is hot enough and is likely not putting out enough voltage to do its job. Millivolt models have a thermocouple or pilot generator that may be faulty or weak. Loose or rusty connections of the thermocouple to the gas valve or loose coil connection, or short in these wires can shut off a pilot
Sorry for error in connecting i'm only input again my sollution ;
