When the laminator is turned on the temperature goes to 32, none of the buttons work and then the screen reads Er2. The lights come on, but it will not heat up. I can change it from NAP 1 to NAP 2, but then the same thing happens. The reverse feed works until the ER 2 message shows on the display.
