Pixel Shader 3 (PS 3), is just a technique used by video cards to render images to your screen.
In order to get a video card to support PS 3 you need to install DirectX 9c (the 'c' is very important, version 9 is not good enough).
Unfortunately your card only supports DX9 not DX9c and will therefore only play games that support Pixel Shader 2 or below.
Your only option in order to play the games you want, is to upgrade your Video card to one that supports DX9c or higher.
Geforce 6 & 7 series cards all support DX9c.
One other thing, if you are looking to upgrade check and see if your card is AGP or PCIe. I have a feeling that they only made the FX5200 in AGP but check it to make sure.
AGP cards are almost obsolete now, but Nvidia & ATI do still make a few and they can be found on large online PC retail outlets or perhaps try and pick up a good one on Ebay.
Hope this helps
