Install the drivers before connecting the printer USB.
If you have the disk, then install drivers from disk.
If you do not have the disk download driver from:Photo All-In-One Inkjet Printers - Photo All-In-One Printer
Run the driver file after you finish downloading. The software will tell you when to connect printer USB cable.
