PL913s.. the monitor powers on the screen pops on for a few seconds then goes black the green led is on but no display on the screen also theirs a buzzing sound sometimes.. ive opened and checked for blown caps and burned circuits everything checkouts ok.....please can anyone tell me what i can do to fix this problem....i really appricate it

The buzzing sound can be from high voltage arcing sound form the connections at the ends of the lamps assemblies, see BAD BACKLIGHT/LAMP albums.
You you shoud check and see if the inverter circuits have 16~18vdc feeding it when it goes black screen. Something likel this you will need test lamps for testing the inverter circuits.
All cpas have completely falt tops, bad caps can look normal but they can have high ESR.
Post pictures of the board will help.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
