Plasma cutter Hi, I have new plasma cutter 40 Am, In test it did cut up to 10 mm easily but now some time it is not cutting 10 mm mild steel. It is still ok on 6mm steel with full current. I did replace electrode and tip.I remember in test one time, I forget turn on air compressor and did try to cut. I think that is why I have this fault now. Please help me out. Regards from Muhammad

In order to cut the thicker steel just boost the air pressure this will allow you to thourghly blow through the steel. just remember not to turn it up too much. this should do the trick. please rate
