Plasma cutter started cutting at an angle even when held perfectly perpendicular. New consumables were put on, same amperage, same air pressure. I'm stumped!

Notice the direction of cut. one edge will be straight and one beveled. the side you need should always be cut in that direction. example: if pulled the the right edge will be straight and if pushed the left edge will be straight.
Did you put all new consumables in ,sounds like there is still old one there.make sure nozzel is put back together right.I have worked on welders and plasmas for years,the torch head is very tempermental.
