The only easy fix is to glue with a super glue with the broken part or parts. If this is lost then you need to fabricate a similar type knob to be glued into the slot making sure that glue does no overflow and get the whole shaft stuck.
other wise the original can be sourced or replaced from a worn out/discarded camera or consult the Pentax service for estimation.. to restore it originally.
