Player no longer reads discs after firmware upgrade to ver 0.60
Does anybody know how to rollback the firmware version or do a hard reset on this BDX3400 unit? I recently bought my BDX3400KU Player in Oct 2013 at Best Buy in Minnesota, and it was working well until I updated the firmware to the F/W version 0.60. Now the unit does not play any discs (Blu-ray or DVD) anymore. It does not access YouTube nor the Web Browser. It hangs/freezes while trying. The disc tray opens and closes automatically after turning it on and when you press the power button to turn it off it also opens and closes the tray again before it goes off. When the tray is closed the menu shows it as Open. Thanks for the help you can give me!

Update Jan 14, 2014: Yesterday I turned on my blu-ray (with ethernet connection) and a message popped up asking to upgrade to the new firmware version 0.96. I did upgrade from the 0.60 (blu-ray not working) to this new version 0.96 and now the blu-ray works correctly. This proves it was a firmware compatibility issue or debugging was needed, now corrected through the new release. Thank God I did not return the unit. I am not upgrading firmware anymore to assure a keep working unit!
