Player wont reset
My zen v keeps coming up re-building library and my lap top will not recognise it.I have tried the reset button and it does reset but the same line comes up after it boots up. is their any way for me to solve this problem?

Was the player dropped? you will need to see if you can get into the boot area and select format.
