I'm not sure, but believe your truck has hydraulic lifters. They should self-adjust as the hydraulic pressure builds. If you replaced everything and this is the first startup, the oil will need to circulate and bring everything 2 pressure, then they should adjust. If you are just having noise from your lifters, you may want to try and clean your engine. Possibly run something like seafoam through your engine oil. After letting it run and get through the system, drain your oil and put fresh oil and filter on.

You should have a Chilton's book or the shop manual for the truck
