Please someone help I recently change my passcode to unlock my screen on my Samsung S7 active from AT&T and somehow I restarted the phone and now it’s asking me for the pan and I am putting the pain I remembered are you stressed he says it’s not that pan and won’t take my fingerprint since the phone was restarted can someone please help me figure out how to unlock it or find out how can I get the pin I already tried to go to AT&T store and they want to charge me $30 please help

If you changed your passcode there is no way to get back into the phone unless you have samsungs remote unlock turned on. you will have to boot into recovery and reset the device. However, if your device is rooted or rootable you can flash a custom recovery which will enable you to navigate your devices system folder and remove the password database.
