Hi, I have seen this happen a lot. There is a little grub screw that holds the connecter in. Over time the screw can loosen, then if your not carefull, can fall out. People tend to replace it with a small flat screw or tiny bolt from a hardware store. The sre the kind of size you'd find in a mechano set. If you replace it, a little tip..... Once tightend, put a blob of nail varnish on the head of the screw. This way it won't unloosen so easy and fall out again.
Important! The set screw has a left-handed thread. Turn it clockwise to back it up into the hole to secure the connector.Important! The set screw has a left-handed thread. Turn it clockwise to back it up into the hole to secure the connector.

The set screw has left-handed thread. Line it up with the hole and then turn it clockwise to back it up into the hole and secure the connector.
