Plug in for the charger got damage
The battery doesnt charge. it was drop and the plug in for the charger got damage and it has charge the battery any more. i was wondering if we could change the part.

I work repairing laptops every day and the number of laptops i see about 5 or 6 cases of this every week, i sell universal chargers for laptops but they don't work 100% with dell. they will power dell laptops but they won't charge the battery. which end of your charger got damaged
