Polaroid FLM-2011 LCD
Lost power cord -- used a 12V that burnt out -- now using a 16V IBM computer power cord. Will same thing happen? Where can I get a replacement, and what kind should I buy?

Look at the back of your lcd it usually will state the voltage and power requirements of the required replacement adapter...never exceed the voltage requirements this may cause damage DO NOT USE THE 16V ADAPTER!
The adapter you require appears to be rated at 12V x 5A a 60Watt unit you can replace most likely with similar switch mode unit rated at 12V and at least 5A or more
