When dialing a number from my Polycom, the unit does not ring. But, the call goes thru, the person on the other end of the phone answers, but they can't here us and we can't here them. I have re-booted, set all noise levels to their highest levels, checked all microphones (they are all good), re-registered with the base station, etc. and nothing seems to work. I would appreciate any ideas that you may have.
