Polycom units not bonding over ISDN
I hvae a Polycom HDX 8000 HD unit and i'm trying to connect to a VSX 7000 unit over ISDN.
When i dial through my 1st ball gets to orange and then drops out. When they dial me the ball gets to green and drops out. the far site reports that their VSX 7000 system shows 6 green balls but only displays the near end camera then drops out.
I am in New Zealand and the far site is in the UK. We can both send and recieve ISDN calls locally.
I have been able to connect to the far site via IP but need to connect via ISDN
