Pilot will light. will run for 10 min or up to an hour & shuts off. pilot stays lit. pilot generator putting out about 500 mv w/pilot lit. when it runs it may go down to about 300 mv. Need to wait about 3 hours before it will relight the burners. Pilot never goes out. I have jumpered past the switches, (fusible link, high limit switches, pressure switch, fireman switch & on/off switch). Still don't hear the click of the switch in the gas valve. Also I must start from scratch,shut the gas valve off, relight the pilot & turn the gas valve to on before I can get the burner to start again. tested potentiometer w/ohm meter when working & not, ok. I have a sealed circuit board that I don't know how to test & not sure how I can test the gas valve. These are pricey items to replace & be wrong. No local service available, an out of town service call or the wrong repair would put me at almost the cost of a new heater. Any help would be much appreciated. thanks.
