Tear down the lower spray arm mechanism to the deck, noting placement and orientation of each part as removed. Look for cracked/split plastic while you do this. At the bottom, you should find a large screen that is likely plugged with food and water deposits. Soak it in a solution of hot water, detergent, and white vinegar for about an hour. Scrub it if necessary to get the screen clean and open. Clean any openings in the deck of food deposits. Reassemble everything in reverse order.
