Make sure the bottom peice is on
Skylanders SWAP Force
- Keep the broken Skylanders toy on the Portal of Power and open the Pause Menu.
- Return to the Main Menu.
- Open Settings.
- Select General.
- Select Reset Broken Toys.
- Select Yes when you are asked to reset the Skylanders toy.
- Repeat Steps 5 and 6.
- Keep the reset Skylanders toy on the Portal of Power and start a game in Story Mode.
- With the toy on the Portal, select Pause.
- Select Skylander.
- Select Manage.
- Select Reset.. If you are resetting a swappable toy, you must reset both the Top and the Bottomseparately.
