Poulan chainsaw, I rebuilt the carb with all new everything. Now it will start with choke all the way out. Idles really high. If I push choke in, it dies instantly. The hi-lo and Idle is off I know for sure. How do I set them ? Ive tried turning them all the way to the right then back 1-2 rounds and starting from there. But having no luck at all. Thank you

Get it running on idle,adjust the idle down till it runs hairy,then adjust low speed mixture screw till you get it highest revs,then keep repeating that till you get it idling normal.rev saw up max revs,adjust high speed jet, in or out till you get max revs,then screw out one quater of a turn.That lets enough fuel thru to cool the sparkplug tip..If thats no good,redo the carbi.Check the tiny filter under the needlevalve hole.Check the needlevalve diaphragm height.recheck gaskets are right way round
