Power drain from batteries when i have charged the batteries to full within 2 hours the power has drained to needing a charge again without using the scooter i have replaced the batteries for new ones but it is doing it with both sets of batteries please can anyone help

You don't sound like a mechanic or electrician and I doubt you have the meters necessary to troubleshoot this problem so I'd recommend you take in for service.
If you replace the battery and the problem continues it is probably the charging circuit, but there is no guarantee, it could be that one of your new batteries is not good and if you mix good and bad batteries, and run them down, the bad cell will cause a voltage refersal that will ruin the battery.
