Power fluctuations with parabolic heater
Just purchased this heater from Costco. Makes some noise, and with it power fluctuations, as associated lights on the same breaker periodically dim. Should this be returned or is this normal??

This is normal but that particular circuit may be already full. If possible, move to a plug not on a lighting circuit.
