Try to reset the router. On the router you will find the reset button. press it and hold it down for 30 seconds. release the reset after 30 seconds. wait for 1 minute. unplug the power and plug it back in. wait for 1 minute and check if the power light stays solid. If not then try to reset the router again. check if the power light stays solid. check the IP address on the computer. If you are getting a valid IP address then try to open the set up page of the router. If you are not getting the valid IP address and power light is not solid then I think you will need a new router.
