Power outage caused by fridge to quit
We had a bad storm with the electricity going on and off last night. Now the refridgerator and freezer is not cooling. The light is on but the digital display on the front only shows 1 line blinking instead of numbers. It looks like a computer glitch?

OUCH! , the partial digit display is an error code that has a meaning and they are never good , these units I have seen/repaired many times but I do not have the code book to determine it.
Try holding down the power freeze and power cool at the same time until you get something. If the unit is ok it will reset and hopefully be fine , if you still get a code these units have longer warranty's and could be repaired with no charge.
