Lightning mcqueen 12 volt power wheels will not go in reverse or turtle speed and the left driver tire does not move. is there a way to test the motor with a test light? Or is the problem in the switches? All connections have been cleaned and coated in dielectric grease.
I would call customer support and find out why the powerwheel does not go into reverse. You advised that it was the f150. I can give you the link as to where I tried to see if there might of been a safety feature of not letting the unit go into reverse. I had the same issue, but mine was one of the wire had broke off the motor on the passanger side... hope this helps for anyone looking at this issue!
