Power Wheels 4wheeler sounds like a jackhammer but no movement
My son's Power Wheels electric kawasaki four wheeler just got a new battery. It was making an intermediate clicking sound as he was riding it (especially up hills) Now all it makes is the clicking sound and doesn't move. But it will occasionally "catch" and go a wee bit then set and click like crazy (like gears stripping) not moving an inch

My sons is doing the same thing, I went into it and found a gear with the teeth stripped off, I have yet to find a place to purchase the gears, but if I do I will post the source, if anyone else does please let me know at [email protected]
You could maybe try jb steel or quiksteel to put onto the plastic gear, let it dry and harden, then use a knife and slowly whittle it away to make a new lip for the gear to catch, plus should make it a little stronger, so as to not strip again.
