I have 200 mbps powerline adapters connecting my desktop in a second floor office to my WD TV Live in the first floor family room. Movies stored on a large hard external drive attached the desktop on 2nd floor play poorly (seize up). The 200 mbps powerline adpaters should easily handle even HD movies (movie files that seize up range from 750 MB to 10 GB for a ~2hr film). Where could the problems be?
