I called customer support on this since everyone has the same problem. Behind the reflector is a cover that has 3 screws. Unscrew and you'll see two wires (a red & white). Inside the white sleeve is a fuse. Cut out the white sleeve and take the fuse out. Cut the fuse w/ the wires. Attach the white to the red w/ electrical tape. Make sure that wires are wrapped w/ the electrical tape. Support said that the fuse is not needed.

It worked for me too, Do please make sure to wrap the connection real good.
