Powerware 9120 700i. 2 internal 12V batteries. Configuration correct. Display shows "UPS off." Holding in the POWER button has no effect. Battery charging voltage is 28.1V. Fan runs when plugged in to wall. No AC output. A UPS manual -- minimally a motherboard schematic -- is required. Assistance would be greatly appreciated
